All transactions processed through Aishcrypt are final. Once an exchange has been successfully processed, we do not offer refunds or reversals under any circumstances. Users are responsible for ensuring they provide accurate payment details before initiating a transaction.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following exceptional cases:

• If a transaction fails due to an error on our end and the funds have not been successfully transferred.
• If a duplicate payment was made accidentally and can be verified by our support team.
• If the transaction was canceled before processing, subject to administrative fees.

3. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

In case a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Fees and Deductions

Refunds may be subject to deductions, including but not limited to:

• Transaction processing fees charged by payment providers.
• Administrative fees associated with reviewing and processing refund requests.
• Exchange rate fluctuations (if applicable).

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Users who file chargebacks or disputes with their payment provider without contacting Aishcrypt first may have their accounts suspended. We encourage users to reach out to our support team for dispute resolution before escalating through banks or payment providers.

6. Contacting Support for Refund Requests

To request a refund, users must contact our support team at support@aishcrypt.com with the following details:

• Transaction ID
• Payment method used
• Reason for the refund request
• Any supporting evidence (if applicable)

7. Changes to Refund Policy

Aishcrypt reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
