1. Introduction

Welcome to Aishcrypt. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Aishcrypt acts as an exchange intermediary for users looking to convert balances between different online wallets (e.g., Payeer to PayPal, Payeer to M-Pesa, Payeer to GCash). We do not hold funds on behalf of users. All transactions are manually processed by our team after payment is received.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and not located in a restricted country (e.g., India, if services are blocked). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

Restricted country: we dont provide our service to these countries (India, Pakistan, Srilanka, Bangladesh, Iran, Siria, Libia, Lebnon, Russia, Ukrain)

4. KYC (Know Your Customer) and Verification

To use some services, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This helps prevent fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized transactions.

  • You have 3 attempts to successfully complete KYC.
  • If you fail all 3 attempts, it will be considered as dishonoured verification.
  • Your account will be permanently blocked and no further KYC will be allowed.
  • Any balance in your account or pending refund will be returned after 180 days, subject to internal compliance approval and validation of payment method.

5. Transaction Finality

All transactions are considered final once processed. No refunds or reversals will be granted except under exceptional cases as determined solely by Aishcrypt. It is the user's responsibility to enter correct information.

6. Refunds

Since we act as an intermediary, refunds are not generally available unless there is a technical issue or incorrect processing on our end. If a refund is granted, it will be done using the original payment method where possible.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful or suspicious activities including but not limited to:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Use of stolen accounts or payment instruments

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate our terms or engage in suspicious activity. We are not liable for any resulting loss.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the new terms.
